Meet Fran

Fran combines decades of corporate leadership with a passion for real estate, delivering  exceptional results for her clients. Before transitioning into real estate, she spent 30 years as a  senior executive in the retail industry, including serving as President and CEO. In these roles, she  led global procurement, marketing, negotiations, and site selection—skills that now give her  clients a strategic advantage in buying and selling homes. 

Her expertise in marketing ensures sellers receive maximum exposure for their properties,  leveraging MLS listings, targeted advertising, and online platforms. For buyers, she takes a  methodical approach to identifying the best investment opportunities while ensuring a seamless  transaction. With extensive experience in complex, multimillion-dollar negotiations, Fran is  highly skilled at overcoming obstacles and bringing parties to an agreement. 

A Greenwich resident for over 40 years, Fran is deeply involved in the community and the real  estate industry. 

She has served on the International and Education Committees of the Greenwich Association of REALTORS®. for over a decade, staying at the forefront of market trends and professional  development. She is a member of the Greenwich, the Connecticut, and The National Association of REALTORS®. the Greenwich MLS, and the Smart MLS. 

Professional & Community Involvement 

Fran is the President of the Woman’s Club of Greenwich, a philanthropic organization dedicated  to community service and charitable initiatives. She is also a former advisor to Goodwill  Industries, contributing her expertise to support their mission.
